See where your AI bill goes, customer by customer
Drop an OpenAI or Anthropic usage or cost export. You get spend by day, model, project or workspace and API key, the top cost drivers, your cache and batch use, and, if you map keys or projects to customers, AI cost and margin per customer.
Your file never leaves this device
- This page makes no network requests after it loads. Check your browser's network tab while you drop a file.
- Your file is read and analysed in your browser, in this tab. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no analytics on this page.
- As a second line of defence, the page's security policy refuses fetch, XHR, WebSocket, beacon and image requests from the page and its worker (
connect-src 'none', and images only as inlinedata:). - Nothing is saved. Close the tab and it is gone.
How to export your usage
OpenAI
- Open the usage dashboard and choose Export.
- For dollars, export cost and group by line item, and by project if you use projects. For tokens, export usage grouped by project, API key or user and model.
- Pick CSV and a time interval of one day, then drop the file here.
JSON from the Admin API /v1/organization/costs or /v1/organization/usage/completions works too. Several pages can go in one JSON array.
Anthropic
- Open the Claude Console Cost or Usage page.
- Group by workspace, API key or model, set the date range, and download the CSV.
- Drop it here. If a column is not recognised, you can pick it by hand.
JSON from the Admin API /v1/organizations/cost_report or /v1/organizations/usage_report/messages works too.
Check the columns
We matched your column names to what the analyzer needs. Export layouts change, so check them, change any that are wrong, then analyse.
Where the money goes
Spend by day
Places to look for savings
Facts from your file first, then a cautious estimate. Each estimate lists what it assumes. The estimates overlap (the same spend can appear in more than one), so do not add them up. Nothing here is a promise.

Cost and margin per customer
Pick the column that tells customers apart (often the project, workspace, API key or a metadata column), or upload a small CSV that maps those
values to customers: key,customer,plan_price, with plan price per month and optional. Then type a plan price to see margin.

Made on this device. Review it before you share: it can include project, key and customer names.
Get this live for every customer: free audit
An export shows the past, by key and project. Tilwe reads usage with an admin key it only uses for usage and cost, and with two request headers shows AI cost and margin per customer and per feature, every day.
Costs come straight from cost exports. Usage exports only have tokens, so cost is estimated from public list prices (OpenAI and Anthropic pricing pages, checked 3 Oct 2026), with batch at 50% off. Negotiated discounts, credits, long-context and data residency surcharges are not included, so treat estimates as a guide and check them against your invoice.
Margin is plan price per month minus AI cost per month. When your file covers more or fewer than 30 days, AI cost is scaled to 30 days. It is gross margin on AI only: hosting, support and payment fees are not in it.
